摘要
目的 探讨P16、P2 1、P53 、cyclinD1在食管癌中的表达及其作用。方法 免疫组化检测P16、P2 1、P53 、cyclinD1在食管癌中的表达 ,PCR SSCP检测P53 基因突变情况。结果 阳性表达率P16、P2 1均为 63.3% ;P53 为 66.7% ;cyclinD1为 86.7% ;P53 基因突变率为 2 7%。 结论 沂蒙山区食管癌以P53 第7外显子突变为主。P16、P2
Objective To explore the expressions and their clinical value of P 16 P 21 P 53 and cyclinD 1 in exophageal cancers.Methods The expressions of P 16 ,P 21 ,P 53 and cyclinD 1 were examined through immunochemistry and the P 53 gene mutation was checked through PCRSSCP.Results The positive expression rates of P 16 and P 21 were both 63.3% and that of P 53 was 66.7%.The rate of P 53 gene mutation was 27%.Conclusion The mutation of P 53 gene exner 7 is most commonly detected in Yimenshan Mountain Area.The lower expressions of P 16 and P 21 and the overexpression of cyclinD 1 coordinate in the occurrence of esophageal carcinoma.
