异种脱细胞真皮基质修复膜预防腮腺Frey's综合征的临床观察

Clinical observation of Frey's syndrome in prevention with Heterogeneous Acellular dermal matrix

目的:评价异种脱细胞真皮基质修复膜在预防腮腺切除术后Frey’s综合征的临床效果。方法:对45例腮腺手术区行异种脱细胞真皮基质修复膜植入患者,术后半年采用Minor试验客观地进行疗效评析。结果:45例中出现Frey’s综合征有2例,其中全叶切除的1例,浅叶切除1例,发生率占9%。结论:异种脱细胞真皮基质修复膜在腮腺创面中建立屏障,阻隔腮腺术后神经错位融合,预防Frey’s综合征的发生,取得了较好疗效,具有临床应用价值。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect that Heterogeneous acellular dermal matrix in the prevention of Frey＇ s Syndrome ater the surgery of cutting off the parotid gland. Method： 45 cases with surgery in the parotid gland were implanted with Heterogeneous aeellular dermal matrix. All patients were followed up for 6 months postoperatively ＇and objectively assessed the curative effect by Minor test. Eesult： 2 patients were appeared Frey＇ s Syndrome in 45 patients, 1 patient of cutting off all parotid gland, 1 patient of cutting off parotid gland shallow leaf, the incidence rate was 9%. Conclusion： Heterogeneous acellular dermal matrix can establish barriers, which hinders Nerve fusion in malposition. So the operative procedure is implanted with Heterogeneous aeellular dermal matrix can prevent from Frey＇ s Syndrome, which obtain good curative effect and worthwhile to use clinically.
