浅谈计算机软件的知识产权保护

计算机技术的出现和发展,给现代社会人的生活方式和习惯带来了巨大的变化。计算机软件技术的产生和发展对这个变革过程中发挥了巨大的作用。然而在国内,由于人们没有对于计算机软件技术的产权保护足够的重视,产权保护意识薄弱,而导致了国内市场上盗版猖獗的现象,严重触犯了软件开发者的利益。本文主对计算机软件知识产权保护的问题进行了研究,分析了进行知识产权保护的必要性和保护方法等。

The emergence and development of computer technology has deeply changed the lifestyle of modern society. The emergence and development of computer software technology has played a huge role in this transformation process. However, the insufficient attention on property rights protection for computer software technology and weak property rights protection awareness lead to the rampant piracy in the domestic market. This offended the interests of software developers. In this paper, we discussed property protection for computer software, include the necessary of the protection and the ways of protection, etc.
