墨玉县基本公共卫生服务能力建设研究

目的:调查分析墨玉县基本公共卫生服务能力建设现状及存在问题,为今后更好地开展公共卫生工作提供建议。方法:随机抽取乡村公共卫生机构和社区卫生服务机构及其人员进行问卷及访谈调研。结果:现有人才队伍总体素质偏低、结构不合理,已开展培训针对性不强,基础设施与基本装备未能达标,网络化建设难以推行,公共卫生服务工作主要由卫生院承担。结论:建立合理人才培养机制,加强培训,完善基础设施和基本装备,加快网络化建设,下沉公共卫生服务。

Objective： Investigation and analysis MoYu county basic public health service capacity construction situation and existing problems, for work better in public health advice in the future. Methods： The research random rural public health institutions and community health service institutions and their staff below the county level use questionnaires and interviews, Eesults： The existing talented person troop overall quality is low, unreasonable structure, the training pertinence is not strong, infrastructure and basic equipment unable to meet the standards, network construction is difficult to implement, the public health service work is mainly composed of health center bear. Conclusion： Establish reasonable mechanism of talents training, strengthening training, improve the infrastructure and basic equipment, to speed up the network construction, sinking the public health service.
