摘要
在基准砂浆中添加保水剂纤维素醚,通过试验确定其用量及基准砂浆的最佳配合比;采用"第2次抗渗压力"和"去除涂层的抗渗压力"两种方法测试不同水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料(CCCW)的抗渗性能。试验证明,"去除涂层的抗渗压力"能准确地反映CCCW的防水机理,且试验周期较短;在基准试件上涂刷涂层时,加入玻纤网格布能较好地控制去除涂层的厚度。
The best mixture ratio of fiducial mortar and the dosage of cellulose ether were determined by tests. The impermeability pressure of eementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing material (CCCW) was tested by two methods called "second impermeability pressure" and "impermeability of coating removal". The results showed that "impermeability of coating removal" could accurately reflect the waterproofing mechanism of CCCW and its testing period was short. Adding fiber glass mesh when brushing coating on the fiducial mortar could control the thickness of removal coating better.
