摘要
:由诱生型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)产生的一氧化氮 (NO)起宿主防御作用 ,同时也与许多疾病 ,如败血性休克和炎症等有关。iNOS选择性抑制剂通过降低相关组织中的NO水平而对上述疾病起到防治作用。
Nitric oxide(NO) produced by inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) plays a role in immunological host defense and is also involved in the pathogenesis of conditions such as septic shock and inflammation.Selective inhibitors of iNOS can decrease NO level in correlative tissues and show their therapeutic benefit.This article surveys the advances in study of iNOS inhibitor.
