摘要
声脉冲辐射力成像技术是超声弹性新技术,是近年来超声医学研究的热点,能够对组织弹性分布特征进行定性、定量评价。本文对此技术的基本原理及其在肝脏局灶性病变中的应用做一综述。
Acoustic radiation force impulse （ARFI） is a new elasticity imaging technique. It can provide qualitative and quantitative elasticity information of the tissues. The basic principle of this technology and the application of focal liver lesions were reviewed in this article.
