概述了新一类的氟喹诺酮———苯磺酰胺氟喹诺酮的研究进展 ,包括其合成、体外抗菌活性、构效关系分析、作用机制 。
Recent advances in study on a new class of benzensulfonamidefluoroquinolones, including their synthesis, in vitro antibacterial activity, quantitative structure activity relationship analysis, mechanism of action and the prospects for application of Benzensulfonamidefluoroquinolones were reviewed.
