康复按摩在促进产后子宫复旧中的效果研究

目的探讨康复按摩在促进产后子宫复旧中的临床效果。方法选择2009年1月～2012年1月间自然分娩或剖宫产术后无妊娠期及分娩期并发症的产妇258例为研究对象,针对相关结果进行了比较分析。结果两组产妇在子宫底高度、子宫内膜厚度、晚期产后出血情况比较,实验组均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论康复按摩在促进产后子宫复旧中的效果较好,是临床上的可靠选择。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect for rehabilitation massage in promoting postpartum uterine involution. Methods 258 cases with natural childbirth or without pregnancy and childbirth complications after cesarean section from January 2009 to January 2012 in our hospital were chosen as the research object. The related results were taken for a comparative analysis. Results The comparison of maternal uterus at the boot height, endometrial thickness, and late postpartum hemorrhage situation for the two groups, the experimental group was better than the control group, P0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of rehabilitation massage in promoting postpartum uterine involution is better, and it is the reliable choice in the clinical application.
