心电图QRS波振幅对慢性心力衰竭患者的检测意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨心电图QRS波时限在慢性心力衰竭患者的检测意义。方法通过将江门市新会中医院2008年1月~2011年1月心内科住院慢性心力衰竭患者100例作为观察组,将同期健康体检者100例设为对照组,测量两组心电图当中的全部导联QRS波群所形成的波幅和时限。结果两组Ⅰ、Ⅱ导联振幅的总和、肢导联振幅的总和、胸导联振幅的总和以及全部导联振幅的总和变化均具有显著差异(P<0.05),QRS波时限≥120ms与QRS波时限<120ms相比,QRS波振幅具有统计学差异(P<0.05),时限越长QRS波振幅越低。结论心电图QRS波振幅有助于判断患者慢性心力衰竭的发生,临床上建议进一步推广运用。
