摘要
通过血浆蛋白沉淀剂的选择和毛细管电泳分离模式的比较 ,以酮洛芬为内标 ,建立了适合茶碱临床监测的毛细管区带电泳定量分析方法。结果表明 ,采用本法时茶碱在血浆浓度 0 .5~ 2 5 .0 μg/ml范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9993,n =5 ) ,方法回收率大于 96 .8% ,日内日间精密度小于 7.5 %。
A capillary electrophoretic method was established for the separation and determination of theophylline in human plasma with ketoprofen as the internal standard based on the selection of protein precipitating agents and the comparison of capillary electrophoretic separation mode.The analytical results demonstrated a good linear relationship within the range of 0.5~25.0μg/ml.The method recoveries were more than 96.8% and the relative standard deviations of interday and intraday were less than 7.5%. This capillary electrophoretic method has been successfully applied to clinical plasma samples analysis for the theophylline therapeutic monitering.
