综合护理对糖尿病低血糖患者的影响研究

目的探讨糖尿病低血糖的发生原因、预防及综合护理对患者的影响。方法回顾性分析95例糖尿病低血糖患者的临床资料,随机分成两组,其中护理组47例,对照组48例,护理组采取积极护理措施,对照组则采取常规护理,观察并记录两组患者低血糖的发生率。结果护理组患者低血糖的发病率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可以有效降低糖尿病低血糖发生率。

Objective To explore the reason of diabetic hypoglycemia and the influence of comprehensive nursing on it. Methods 95 cases of patients with diabetic hypoglycemia in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively and they were divided into two groups, 47 cases of patients in the observation group and 48 cases in the control group. Comprehensive nursing were given to observation group and routine nursing were given to control group. The incidences of hypoglycemia were recorded. Results The incidence of hypoglycemia in the comprehensive nursing group was significant higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of diabetic hypoglycemia.
