骨折病人体位安全护理的方法和效果分析

目的研究分析对骨折患者给予体位安全护理的方法和效果。方法随机抽取2010年2月～2012年8月收治的108例骨折患者为研究对象,将患者分为对照组及试验组,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在护理工作中加强体位安全护理,观察护理效果。结果试验组对体位接受程度高于对照组,焦虑程度低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;试验组不良事件发生率低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对骨折患者采用体位安全护理具有较好的效果,值得应用。

Objective To study analysis of the fractures were treated with care and effects of postural security. Methods Random sample fracture patients in our hospital from February 2010to August 2012, 108 cases of study, randomized patients were divided into a control group and the experimental group and the control group received conventional care, care of the experimental group to strengthen postural security care, observation care effect. Results The experimental group acceptance of postural control group, the anxiety level is lower than the control group （P0.05）, the difference was statistically significant; incidence of adverse events experimental group than the control group, the satisfaction higher than that in control group, P0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Postural security care of fracture patients with good results worthy of application.
