不同根充糊剂在乳牙慢性根尖周炎治疗中的应用效果比较

Treatment Comparison of Different Root Canal Filling in Primary Teeth with Chronic Apical Periodontitis

目的:比较Vitapex糊剂与碘仿氧化锌丁香油糊剂在乳牙慢性根尖周炎治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取我院自2007年5月至2009年3月收治的100例130颗慢性根尖周炎乳牙患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将100例患者随机分为A组(Vitapex糊剂)和B组(氧化锌糊剂)各50例,分别给予Vitapex糊剂和氧化锌糊剂进行根管填充治疗,对两组患儿的临床症状、近期及远期疗效进行评估比较。结果:治疗7d内,A组轻度疼痛3例,中度疼痛1例,疼痛发生率为8.0%;B组轻度疼痛6例,中度疼痛2例,重度疼痛1例,疼痛发生率为18.0%。两组患儿疼痛发生率比较有统计学差异(X2=18.436,P<0.01)。治疗3个月后A组成功46例,失败4例,成功率为92.0%;B组成功35例,失败15例,成功率为70.0%;治疗1年后A组成功48例,失败2例,成功率为96.0%,B组成功41例,失败9例,成功率为82.0%。治疗3个月、1年后A组患儿治疗成功率均明显高于B组(X3个月2=23.114,X1年2=18.362,P<0.01)。结论:Vitapex糊剂较碘仿氧化锌丁香油糊剂更适合应用于乳牙慢性根尖周炎治疗,具有操作简便、疼痛轻微、成功率高等优点。

Objective： To compare the vitapex iodoform paste and zinc oxide eugenol paste in primary teeth with chronic apical periodontitis. Method： In our hospital from May 2007 to Mar. 2009, 100 cases of 130 chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth of children as the research object, according to the ta- ble of random number method, 100 patients were randomly divided into group A （ Vitapex group ） and group B （ zinc oxide paste ） , each with 50 cases, were given vitapex paste and zinc oxide paste for root canal fill- ing treatment, The clinical symptoms, short-term and long-term effect in two groups was assessed by compa- ring. Result： In group A, mild pain in 3 cases, moderate pain in 1 case, pain occurs at a rate of 8% ; group B mild pain in 6 cases, moderate pain in 2 cases, 1 case of severe pain, pain occurs at a rate of 18. 0%. There＇s statistically significant difference in the occurrence of pain between two groups （X2= 18. 436, P〈0.01 ）. 3 months after the treatment, group A was successful in 46 cases,4 cases failed, the success rate was 92% ; In group B 35 cases was successful, 15 cases failed, the success rate was 70.0% ; one year after the treatment, group A was successful in 48 cases,2 cases failed, the success rate was 96%, group B was successful in 41 cases, failure in 9 cases, the success rate was 82.0%. For 3 months, after one year of treatment success rate in group A were significantly higher than those in B group, P〈0.01. Conclusion： Vi- tapex iodoform paste is more suitable for primary teeth with chronic apical periodontitis, and has the advanta- ges of simple operation, mild pain, the success rate is high.
