优质护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者健康教育管理的效果观察

Observing the Effect of Health Education for Patients with Gestational Diabetes with Quality Nursing Care

目的:观察开展优质护理服务后,责任制护理服务的方式,对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施健康教育管理的护理效果。方法:对2010年就诊的对照组患者予以常规医疗护理服务,而对2011年就诊的实验组患者增设饮食结合运动的健康教育管理。比较两组患者的平均住院天数及住院期间并发症的发生例数,并通过电话随访比较患者出院后至分娩前血糖异常及并发症的发生例数。结果:住院期间,实验组的平均住院天数显著低于对照组。此外,虽实验组并发症的发生例数虽少于对照组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访期间,实验组血糖异常及并发症的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:开展优质护理服务后,以护理程序为指导,应用责任制护理的方式对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施饮食结合运动的健康教育管理,可显著改善患者血糖异常的情况,并可降低糖尿病并发症的发生率。

Objective： To observe the effects of health education for patients with gestational diabetes by carrying out quality care and primary nursing style. Method： Use routine health care for the control group patients, who were admitted to hospital in 2010, while using routine health care and health education for the experimental group who were admitted to hospital in 2011. Comparing two groups of patients the average hos- pital stay and the case of complications during hospitalization. In addition, compared the incidence of patho- glycemia and complications by telephone follow-up after discharge to before delivery. Results： During hospi- talization, the average hospital stay of the experimental group during hospitalization were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.01}. in addition, although case with complications of the experimental group was lower than the control group, but no statistical significance （ P〉0.05 ）. During the period of follow-up, the incidence of pathoglycemia and complications of the experimental group was significantly lower than con- trol group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： After carrying out quality care, according to implement health education for patients with gestational diabetes on the basis of nursing program as a guide and the primary nursing style can significantly improve the patients＇ glucose and reduce the incidence of diabetes complications.
