摘要
株洲冶炼集团股份有限公司自1983年使用容量750 kg的工频无芯感应电炉以来,就对这一设备进行了充分的研究和开发,先后研发了3 t、6 t的大容量无芯炉,为大批量生产高品质锌合金创造了有利条件。在研发大容量无芯炉的过程中,与某些企业、科研院所等合作,解决了一系列问题,研发出了LH-404、RG-90等无芯炉专用浇注料。文章对无芯炉的基本原理、结构、故障及其产生的原因、专用浇注料的试验研究做了详细的介绍。
The full study and development of the without Co., Ltd from 1983. It created an advantageous condition core stove were carried on by Zhuzhou Smelter Croup for the produce of the large quantities excellent zinc al- loy. These special pouring materials(LH - 404. RG - 90)were made for the lining of the without core stove, and a lot of questions were solved. The detailed introduction about the basic principle, the struture, the problem and rea- son and the experimental study were done.
