The principle,method and technique for repair,maintenance and conservation of insect specimen in laboratory were introduced in this paper,and how to protect and preserve the insect specimen was discussed too.The results will supply theoretic and technological guide for teaching and scientific research needs of both quality and quantity of insect specimen,and impove utilization rate of insect specimen in laboratory.
