盲肠癌合并阑尾炎漏诊3例

Misdiagnosis of 3 cases of cecum cancer combined with appendicitis

[研究背景 ]盲肠癌合并阑尾炎的病例较少见 ,临床上因对阑尾炎病人缺乏耐心而忽视盲肠肿物的病症 ,容易导致漏诊 ,影响病人治疗 .[病例报告 ]本文报道 3例 ,接诊时均误诊为阑尾炎 ,行阑尾切除术 ,后行右半结肠切除术 .[讨论 ]对阑尾炎的病人 ,如在术中发现不符合阑尾炎的表现时 ,应探查盲肠及部分升结肠 ,术后一定要送检阑尾做病理检查 ,以防漏诊 .

BACKGROUND The cases of cecum cancer combined with appendicitis are less seen. The cecum tumors are usually ignored in clinic and easy to misdiagnosis as appendicitis to influence the treatment. CASE REPORT 3 cases of cecum tumors that were misdiagnosed as appendicitis were performed, and the right hemicolectomy was performed after transferring. DISCUSSION If patients are not fit with appendicitis in operation, the cecum and the part of ascending colon must be checked and the appendix sample must be examined by pathology to anti misdiagnosis.
