壁层胸膜纤维板剥离术治疗慢性重症脓胸——附7例报告

Treatment of chronic serious empyema parietal pleural fibrotic plastictomy——Report of 7 cases

[背景 ]总结采用一种新的治疗慢性重症脓胸的手术方法 .[病例报告 ]7例病人均为重症脓胸 ,不能耐受以往的传统手术 ,采用此新的术式 ,手术后 5例治愈出院 ,2例于手术后 4- 6个月治愈 ,随访有6例已能持家务或一般劳动者 .[讨论 ]总结了重症慢性脓胸的诊断标准、本术式的适应症、优点以及手术中和手术后应注意的几个问题 .认为该术式对于不适合或不能承受其他传统手术的慢性脓胸病例提供了一个新的外科成形术 .

BACKGROUND To observe the new operalive method for chronic serious empyema. CASE REPORT 7 cases of chronic serious empyema cann't endure traditional operative method. 5 cases were cured and 2 cases were cured after operation in 4～6 months by new operative method. 6 cases of patients can do homework or ordinary labour by following up. DISCUSSION The standand of diagnosis of chronic serious empyema, the indication and advantage of this approach, severals problems during and after operation were studied. It is better surgical method for those chronic serious empyema patients who cann't be unfit for or cann't endure other traditional operations.
