Clinical analysis of the hemodialysis in 109 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever

[背景 ]观察血液透析疗法对流行性出血热少尿期病人的疗效 .[病例报告 ]制定合理的血液透析方案 ,选择适当的时机、适应症和禁忌症 .10 9例病人行血液透析后 ,存活 97例 ,死亡 12例 ,其存活率和病死率分别为 89%和 11% .[讨论 ]血液透析虽然对流行性出血热少尿期病人有确切而肯定的疗效 ,但应严格掌握血液透析的时机、适应症和禁忌症 .

BACKGROUND To observe the curative effects of hemodialysis for epidemic hemorrhagic fever in oligurie phase. CASE REPORT The method of hemodialysis was reasonably made, and an opportune moment, indication and contraindication were selected. Out of 109 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever, 97 cases were survived and 12 cases were dead, and its survival rate and fatality rate were 89% and 11%, respectively. DISCUSSION Although the method of hemodialysis has reliable and confirmed curative effects for epidemic hemorrhagic fever in oligurie phase, but the key of successful rescue is to select an opportune moment, the accurate indication and contraindication phase.
