超声中频电和超短波治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病对比观察

Comparing review of treatment of temporomandibular disorders by ultrasound medium frequency electrotherapy and ultrashort wave therapy

[目的 ]明确超声波同步叠加中频电疗法对颞下颌关节紊乱病的疗效 ,采用超声中频电同步叠加与超短波作对比试验 .[方法 ]应用超声中频电治疗 5 0例颞下颌关节紊乱病 ,均无颞颌关节器质性改变 ,超声量为 0 .5～ 1.0W /cm2 ,中频电流以患者耐受限为宜 ,频率为 3kHz;对照组 5 0例给予超短波电疗 ,微热量 ,所有病例均每日行 1次 ,疗程为 2 0d .[结果 ]超声中频组痊愈显效率为 90 % ,超短波组为72 % .[结论 ]超声波同步叠加中频电疗法是治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的比较好的物理疗法 .

OBJECTIVE To determine the curative effects of ultrasound medium frequency electric current synchronous overlapping therapy compared with ultrashort wave therapy in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders. METHODS 50 cases of temporomandibular disorders that had no temporomandibular organic changes were treated by using ultrasound medium frequency electrotherapy. Ultrasound intensity was 0.5～ 1.0W/cm 2, medium frequency electric current could be accepted by the patients, and the frequency was 3 kHz. Another 50 cases of control group were treated by the ultrashort wave therapy with slight hot. All of the cases were treated once a day and total course of treatment was 20 days. RESULTS The curative efficiency treated with the ultrasound medium frequency electrotherapy was 90% and treated with ultrashort wave therapy was 72%. CONCLUSION Ultrasound medium frequency electrotherapy is a better treatment method for temporomandibular disorders.
