摘要 电子计算机病理组织三维重建是近 2 0年来发展迅速的一项病理研究手段 ,可以实现对病理组织结构的立体化观察及进行三维测量等。本文对病理组织三维重建的基本要求及其在肝脏病学研究中的应用作一综述。 Computer aided three dimensional reconstruction of pathological tissues is one of the most useful techniques progressing fast recently.With its help,pathological tissues can be observed and measured three dimensionally.This article reviewed the general requests of three dimensional reconstruction with pathological tissues and the use of three dimensional reconstruction in the research of liver diseases.
