摘要 RNA干扰(RNAi)技术作为基因沉默的工具,已被广泛应用于农作物害虫防治研究。准确选择靶基因、将dsRNA或siRNA导入昆虫体内、siRNA在昆虫体内的扩增和扩散是RNAi技术应用于农作物害虫防治的基础。应用RNAi技术能有效地保护农作物抵抗害虫危害,在农作物遗传改良进行精准抗虫方面具有重大的应用前景。 RNA interference (RNAi) technique as a tool for gene silencing has been widely used in agri- culture for the management of insect pests. Accurately selecting target genes, transferring dsRNA or siRNA into insects and amplifying and spreading the siRNA withln the insects are the base for the application of RNAi on pest management. The application of RNAi technique could effectively protect crops from insect pests, and it has better prospect in accurate management of agricultural pests.
