摘要
通过田间小区试验研究了保护地不同施氮量对番茄产量、品质及土壤微生物的影响。结果表明,随施氮量的增加,番茄产量提高。适量施氮可使番茄果实中可溶性糖含量增加,有机酸含量下降,糖酸比增大,从而改善番茄的品质。同时,适量施用氮肥可以提高土壤的细菌多样性,在一定程度上改善土壤环境。
The plot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different N application rates on tomato yield, quality and soil microorganism in greenhouse. The results showed that the tomato yield increased along with the increase of N application rate. Appropriate N rate could increase the content of soluble sugar, reduce the content of organic acid, increase the ratio of sugar to acidity, and then the quality of tomato was improved. The application of appropriate N also could increase the soil bacterial diversity and improve the soil environment to some extent.
