摘要
本研究采用文献法、调查法和实验法对武术教学中采用拓展训练教学模式进行实验研究,实验结果表明:拓展训练教学模式强调根据学生的积极参与意识和认知特点来创设不同的学习情境,使学生更有效与学习情境接触,感知环境,将外部行为活动化为内在参与学习活动,主动地掌握运动知识和技能,获得成功体验.
This study adopts the method of literature, investigation and experiment on the teaching of mar- tial arts by training teaching mode experiment, the experimental results show that: expand training teach- ing mode emphasizes according to the students' awareness of active participation and cognitive features to create different learning situations, making the students more effectively and learning context exposure, perception of the environment, will be external activities as intrinsic participation in learning activities, and actively grasp the sports knowledge and skills, successful experience.
