This thesis analyzes the current situation of the teachers＇ team in county-level teachers＇ training institution of Fujian and explains the six problems in the construction of teachers＇ team, which has referential significance for cognition of the shortages of county-level training institutions, completion of the system and improvement of overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers.
