应用型本科院校师资队伍建设探析

Reflection on the Development of Teaching Faculty in Application-oriented Universities

通过对应用型师资队伍建设必然性与重要性的分析,阐述了当前应用型本科院校师资队伍建设主要存在着教师数量和队伍结构、教学质量与经费不足、职后教育培训与服务社会能力等方面的窘境与挑战。提出从领导高度重视、人事积极改革、教师努力实践、社会大力支持等方面入手,加强应用型师资队伍建设。

Through the analysis of the inevitability and the importance of constructing application-oriented teaching faculty, the paper points out the main problems existing in this field including the quantity and structure of the teaching staff, teaching quality, insufficient investment and troubles and challenges in terms of on-job training and the abilities of serving the society. However, as long as there are attention from the leaders, the reform from the personnel department, the efforts from the teachers, and the support from the society, a high quality application-oriented teaching faculty which meets the demand of local social and economic development will be set up.
