摘要
通过文献资料法,梳理"双师型"教师的内涵以及当前发展所存在的问题。结合应用型高校教学特征提出"双师型"教师的能力结构:基本教学能力、专业实践能力、科研创新能力及自主学习能力,并在此基础上探讨"双师型"教师能力提升策略,以促进"双师型"教师能力的发展。
By using the method of literature, this paper anglicizes the connotations of dual-qualification teachers and problems in its current development process. It puts forward the structure of dual-qualification teachers' abilities with the features of application-oriented colleges, namely, the ability of teaching, practicing, researching innovation and self-study. Based on that, the paper elaborates corresponding suggestions so as to promote the development of dual-qualification teachers' abilities.
