摘要
分析说明定速汽轮机调节级的临界压比是只与其结构尺寸有关的常数;对级的变工况计算公式进行改进,建立了调节级蒸汽流量变工况的计算模型,结合现场实测参数,实现了调节级临界压比的计算。分别通过一台300MW与一台600MW汽轮机的计算实例,说明该方法的准确性与有效性。
Analysis shows that the critical pressure ratio is a constant only related to its structure size for the governing stage of the constant speed turbine. In this paper, the off-design condition formula for steam turbine is improved, and a steam flow computational model is established for the governing stage combined with test parameters, the critical pressure ratio calculation is obtained. A 300MW and a 600MW steam turbine calculation examples indicate the accuracy and validity of the method.
