摘要 直接空冷机组的空冷风机耗电量大,优化其运行方式可以提高全厂经济性。从直接空冷凝汽器的换热过程和风机耗电量的理论分析,找出了影响空冷风机电耗大小的主要因素。以某300MW直接空冷机组为例,利用其大量的历史运行数据,采用正交试验方法,分析了影响其空冷风机耗电的主要因素,得到环境温度、背压、负荷等因素对空冷风机电耗的影响规律。结果表明,环境温度对空冷风机的电耗影响最为显著。 The direct air-cooled unitg air cooling fan power consumption counts large amount of that of plant, its operation optimizing can improve the economy of the whole power plant. Based on the theoretical analysis of the direct air-cooled condenserg heat transfer process and air cooling fan power consumption, the main factors that mainly impact on air cooling fan power consumption are summarized. Taking the 300MW direct air cooling power unit as an example, by way of mining historical unit operation data and orthogonal analysis method, the main factors and its influences on the air cooling fan power consumption are obtained. The results show that, among the three factors, i. e. the ambient temperature, back pressure and the unit load, that impact on the air cooling fan power consumption, ambient temperature is the greatest impact factor on air cooling fan power consumption; it is increased almost proportionally to air cooling fan power consumption when ambient temperature rises.
