摘要 某电厂600MW机组9号轴振一直严重超标,通过对轴系安装、轴承间隙等方面的调整,使9号轴振降至80μm以内。另外,考虑到高中压转子过临界最大振动已接近400μm,且定速振动较大,采用现场动平衡技术,在高中压转子上加重,使机组振动达到优良水平。最后,对6号、7号轴振动攀升原因进行了分析并给出了检查和处理建议。 The 9th shaft vibration for 600MW unit of one power plant has been seriously exceeded standard, by adjusting the shaft installation and bearing clearance, the 9^th shaft vibration has been reduced to less than 80μm. In addition, the maximum vibration of HIP rotor is close to 400μm when it is passing the critical speed,and the vibration of 3 000r/min is larger, so adopting field dynamic balancing method, the trial weights are added onto the HIP rotor, the vibration of unit be controlled to a satisfied level. Finally,the climbed reasons of 6^th and 7^th vibration are analyzed and the check and processing proposal are also proposed.
