摘要 肥胖是指机体处于一种富营养状况,这种状况的持续会引起骨骼肌发生功能和结构的改变,主要包括糖、脂肪和蛋白质代谢;线粒体数量和功能;肌纤维类型;肌毛细血管的密度和血管的募集;细胞外基质成分和数量;肌肉收缩力等发生变化,导致骨骼肌重塑。骨骼肌是人体最重要的能量和物质代谢的场所,是运动系统的动力器官,新近研究还证实骨骼肌具有内分泌功能,按质量讲是机体最大的内分泌器官,因而骨骼肌重塑具有重要的生理和病理生理意义。 Obesity represents a condition where the management of nutrients and energy status presents significant challenges at the organismic levels. Obesity caused the following changes of skeletal muscle in function and structure : metabolism, the number and function of mitochondria, muscle fiber type, capillary density and recruitment, the extracellular matrix and muscle streath and power, induced the skeletal muscle remodeling. Skeletal muscle is the place of metabolism and the movement system. Rencent studies indicated that skeletal muscle can secrete myokines, and be considered as the biggest endocrine organ according to mass, thus skeletal muscle remodeling has important physiological and pathophysiological significance.
