摘要
以草果为原料,以挥发油出油率为考察指标,研究超临界CO2萃取草果挥发油的分离工艺。通过正交试验,优选最佳萃取工艺条件:萃取压力25MPa、萃取温度55℃、萃取时间60min、CO2流量25L/h,在此条件下挥发油的出油率为2.86%。并用气相色谱-质谱法分析了草果挥发油中各组分的相对质量分数和结构。
In this study, an orthogonal array design was used to optimize the supercritical CO2 extraction of volatile oil from Amomum tsaoko fruits. The optimal extraction conditions were found to be extraction at 55 ℃ and 25 MPa for 60 rain with a CO2 flow rate of 25 L/h. The oil yield under the optimized conditions was 2.86%. Moreover, the composition and structure of chemical compound found in the volatile oil obtained were analyzed by GC-MS.
