摘要
目的 观察党参和丹参水煎剂对兔胸主动脉血管平滑肌条舒缩活动的影响。方法 采用离体血管张力实验法 ,观察党参和丹参对NE和KCl所致肌条收缩活动的影响及与内皮细胞之间的关系。结果 (1 ) 4 0mg/ml党参对NE和KCl所致兔胸主动脉血管平滑肌条收缩量效曲线无明显影响 ,但可抑制 1 0 - 6 mol/LNE引起的内皮完整的主动脉肌条的预收缩作用 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,去内皮或加入L -NNA后其舒张作用明显减弱 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。 (2 ) 1 0mg/ml、2 0mg/ml、40mg/ml丹参对NE和KCl所致离体主动脉平滑肌条收缩均无明显作用 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 党参对离体血管肌条有舒张作用 ,此作用依赖于内皮细胞 ,可能是通过内皮细胞释放NO而产生的 ;丹参对离体血管平滑肌条无直接舒张作用。
Objective The experiment was designed to observe the effects of Dangshen and Danshen on contractile activity of isolated aortic muscle strips in rabbits. Mothods The effects of Dangshen and Danshen on NE and KCl concentration-response curve of isolated muscle tension. and the relaxation of Dangshen and Danshen were observed respectively. Results [1]Dangshen has no obvious effect on NE and KCl concentraction-response curves( P >0.05),but can inhibit the contractile activity induced by the single dosage(10 -6 moL/L) NE in endothlium-intacted aortic muscle strips. Removal of endothlium or pretreated the magnitide of contraction( P <0.001). [2]Danshen has no obvious effect on the contraction induced by NE and KCl in isolated aortic muscle strips. Conclusions Dangshen can relaxisolated aortic muscle strips in rabbit by inhibi- ting receptor-dependent Ca 2+ channels, but last for a short time. At the same time, the characteristic of contraction of Dangshen was endothlium-dependent and due to nitric oxide(NO) released from EC, The rela- xing role of Danshen in vitro could be piayed in aindirect way.
