对400例高危妊娠孕妇孕期管理与监测探讨

Exploration on Monitoring and Management of 400 Cases of High Risk Pregnancy

目的:探讨高危妊娠孕期管理与监测对孕产妇及围生儿的重要意义。方法:回顾性分析400例高危妊娠孕妇的诊治资料。结果:400例高危妊娠通过有效的管理与监测,采取适当的干预及治疗措施,无孕产妇、围生儿死亡发生。结论:加强高危妊娠相关知识的普及教育、产前建卡、定期产检、高危妊娠孕妇实施追踪管理,加强高危妊娠相关指标的监测并根据监测结果采取适当的干预措施可有效保证高危妊娠孕产妇及围生儿的健康安全。

Objective： To explore the signficance of high risk pregnancy monitoring and management to the pregnant and parturient women. Method： the diagnostic data of 400 cases of pregnant and parturient women were retrospectively analyzed. Result： All 400 patients with high-risk pregnancy were given with appropriate intervention and treatment through effective management and monitoring and no death of pregnant and parturient women, prenatal infant occurred. Conclusion： We should persist in enhancing propagate education of relevant education for high-risk pregnancy, prenatal cards, prenatal care regularly, tracking and management of high-risk pregnant women, monitoring of associated indexes to high-risk pregnancy and taking intervention according to the results, which can guarantee the safety and health of the pregnant and parturient women and orenatal infants.
