骶管布托啡诺在小儿腹股沟疝术后的镇痛效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察骶管布托啡诺联合0.3%罗哌卡因在腹股沟疝手术术后的镇痛效果及安全性。方法将择期腹股沟疝手术男性患儿60例分为R组30例和B组30例。所有患儿接受骶管穿刺,R组注入0.3%罗哌卡因1 mL/kg,B组注入0.3%罗哌卡因1 mL/kg+布托啡诺20μg/kg。观察并比较两组苏醒时间、躁动发生情况、术后CHEOPS疼痛评分及镇痛时间。结果两组苏醒时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),未见呼吸抑制、过度镇静情况发生;两组术后CHEOPS评分在术后2、4、24 h比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后6、8 h,B组显著低于R组(P<0.05);B组镇痛时间显著延长(P<0.05)。结论骶管布托啡诺联合罗哌卡因能够安全应用于小儿腹股沟疝手术,既可以满足手术麻醉需求又可提供一定时间的术后镇痛,在临床上有一定使用意义。
