变应性鼻炎中IL-9/Th9的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 初始CD4+T细胞被激活后可分化成不同谱系的效应性Th细胞亚群。根据分泌的细胞因子及其不同的生物学功能,人们将已知的Th细胞亚群分别命名为Th1、Th2、Treg和Th17细胞亚群。Th9细胞是最近发现的一种新的Th细胞亚群,在自身免疫性疾病、变应性疾病和寄生虫感染中起着重要的作用,其主要效应因子是IL-9。本文就变应性鼻炎中Th9细胞及其主要细胞因子IL-9的研究进展做一简要综述。
