腹膜透析患者血压晨峰与残余肾功能的相关性 被引量:2

The correlation between the morning blood pressure surge and residual renal function in peritoneal dialysis patients

摘要 目的探讨血压晨峰对腹膜透析患者残余肾功能(RRF)的影响。方法将125例腹膜透析患者按血压晨峰递增分为血压晨峰组62例、非血压晨峰组63例,分析两组患者透析治疗6个月后血压晨峰、临床症状积分、尿素清除指数(KT/V)、RRF、残肾肌酐清除率(Ccr)、尿量(Uv)、腹膜透析超滤量(UFv)的变化。结果两组治疗后临床症状均有不同程度减轻且非血压晨峰组减轻明显(P<0.01),两组KT/V、RRF、Ccr、Uv、UFv均有不同程度下降,但血压晨峰组下降更明显,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论腹膜透析患者血压晨峰与RRF减退密切相关,随着血压晨峰增高RRF下降速率增快。 Objective To retrospectively analyze the effects of the morning blood pressure surge (MBPS) on residual renal function (RRF) in peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods A total of 125 peritoneal dialysis patients were divided into 2 groups based on the MBPS in ascending order MBPS group ( Group A, n = 62) and NMBPS group ( Group B, n =63). The clinical symptom score, urea clearance index (KT/V), RRF, the residual creatinine clearance (Ccr), urine volume (Uv), and peritoneal dialysis uhrafiltration volume (UFv) 6 months after peritoneal dialysis were analyzed. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms in both groups were significantly relieved, while it was significantly more prominent in Group B (P 〈0.01 ). Moreover, there were also significant alleviation in KT/V, RRF, Ccr, Uv, and UFv in both groups, though it was significantly more prominent in Group A (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The MBPS is positively correlated to residual renal function decreasing in peritoneal dialysis patients.
