重介质旋流器是目前选煤生产当中分选效率最高的选煤设备。讨论了当重介质悬浮液的性质变化时进行旋流器模拟实验必须要满足的相似准则,并通过对重介质悬浮液黏度的定性分析,简化了相似准则,确定了其应用范围。

Heavy medium cyclone has the highest efficiency of coal preparation in coal preparation production, and it has been widely used in the actual production. This paper discussed the similarity criterion that cyclone simulation experiment must satisfy when the properties of dense medium suspension change. Through qualitative analysis on the viscosity of dense medium suspension, the similarity criterion was simplified, its range of application was also defined.
