摘要
郑州矿区开采的高突煤层均为石炭二叠纪山西组二1煤层,属典型的三软煤层。该层煤均为构造煤,且煤层瓦斯含量较高、透气性低,属于难抽采或较难抽采的煤层。利用煤层瓦斯流动理论,结合郑州矿区本煤层瓦斯抽采特点,分析了提高瓦斯抽采量的各种技术手段。分析表明,提高煤层瓦斯抽采量的根本途径在于增加煤层透气性,通过开采保护层、水力冲孔、水力压裂和水力割缝等技术手段卸压和增加煤层内的裂隙,能有效提高郑州矿区高突矿井的抽采量。
In Zhengzhou mining area,coal seams with high outburst danger are mainly I1 ~ coal seam of Shanxi formation of Carbonifer- ous-permian,which belongs to typical "Three Soft" coal seam. ]l ~ coal seam is structure coal,meanwhile,gas content is high and per- meability is low, which belongs to coal seam difficult or more difficult to drainage. Based on the theory of gas flow, different methods of improving gas drainage quantity were analyzed according to actual characteristics of gas drainage in coal seam being worked in Zheng- zhou area. The analysis finds that improving the permeability of coal seam is the basic method of improving gas drainage quantity, and gas drainage quantity of mine shaft with high outburst danger in Zhengzhou area can be improved effectively by using the measures be- low : the protection seam mining, hydraulic flushing in hole, hydraulic fracturing, hydraulic cutting seam, etc. , which relieves pressure, and adds coal seam fracture. The application of the above measures has effectively improved gas drainage quantity.
