保护层工作面Y+Γ型通风瓦斯治理技术

Gas Control Technology Using Y+Γ Ventilation System in Mining Working Face of Protective Seam

摘要 利用Fluent软件数值模拟平煤五矿己15-23220工作面采用Y+Γ型通风系统时的采场风流及瓦斯分布情况,并通过现场实测考察了该通风方式治理瓦斯的效果。结果表明,Y+Γ型通风系统能有效控制采空区瓦斯直接进入回风巷,使采空区瓦斯涌出量比例由42.40%下降至30.95%,稀释了回风巷瓦斯浓度,驱散了上隅角瓦斯,有效控制了近距离保护层工作面上隅角瓦斯超限。 Fluent software was used to simulate the airflow and gas distribution on V ,5-23220 working face using Y + Г ventilation sys- tem in No. 5 Coal Mine of Pingdingsban Tian'an Coal Industry Co. ,Ltd. It also investigated the gas control effects through field meas- urement. The results show that,Y Г F ventilation system can effectively control the gas from goaf to the return airway. The proportion of goal gas emission rate was reduced from 42. 40% to 30. 95%. It also can eliminate gas accumulation in return airway and in upper-corner,and has good effects in preventing gas over-limit in upper corner of working face in protective seam with closed distance.
