摘要
结合包钢150 t转炉炼钢车间的具体情况,从脱硫剂选择、配合炼钢冶炼周期、铁水罐的匹配、脱硫效果、运行成本和投资等方面,深入比较和评价KR机械搅拌法和喷吹法两种铁水脱硫工艺特点。最终确定以KR机械搅拌法作为该车间脱硫的主工艺。生产实践证明,该铁水脱硫工艺及设备的选择是成功的。
In the paper, the characteristics of KR mechanical mixing method and the injection method are further com- pared and evaluated from such aspects as the selection of desulfurizers, smelting period to match steel - melting, match of hot metal ladle, effects of desulphurization ,operation costs and investments as well as combined with the specific situations in Steel -melting Workshop with 150 t converters of Baotou Steel. At last,the KR mechanical mixing method is determined to be the main technology of desulphurization in the Workshop as well as the productive practices prove that the selection of processes and equipment of desulphurization for hot metal is successful.
