摘要
以高碳盘条SWRH82B为研究对象,采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟实验机模拟82B线材精轧F1-F4道次变形,通过真应力-真应变曲线研究变形过程中的再结晶行为及组织演变规律,并确定最佳精轧出、入口温度。本研究为优化现场82B轧制工艺参数、控制组织性能提供实验依据,对82B线材生产具有工业指导意义。
In the research, the SWRH82B high -carbon wire rods are the research objects, the deformation of 82B wire rods through F1 - F4 passes of finishing rolling is simulated with the Gleeble - 1500D thermal simulation testing machine. Moreover, the optimum outlet and inlet temperatures of finishing rolling are determined by studying the recrystallization be- havior and evolution of microstructure with the true stress - true strain curve. This research provides the experimental basis for optimizing the process parameters of rolling 82B wire rods at field as well as controlling the microstrueture and proper- ties ,which could be as the industrial guidance for manufacturing 82B wire rods.
