包钢热轧板型工作辊辊型曲线的改进和应用

摘要 文章通过分析历史轧制数据,解析CVC曲线控制原理,找出板型控制窜辊始终工作在CVC负串极限-100mm位置的原因是由于CVC工作辊的曲线设计不合理,优化了CVC工作辊辊型曲线,最终达到了使工作辊均匀磨损,提高凸度命中率和改善产品表面质量的目的。 In the article, the reason that the shape control models always work at the position of negative serial limit for continuously variable crown ( CVC ), - 100 mm is found out by analyzing the historical roiling data and control principles of CVC curves, which is because the curve design of CVC work rolls is not reasonable. Therefore, the roll curve of CVC work rolls is optimized so that the work rolls wear evenly and the hit rate of crown is increased as well as the surface quality of products is improved.
