摘要
根据石灰石/石膏法的脱硫原理,结合在包钢炼铁厂四烧车间烧结机头实际应用,对运行过程中影响脱硫效率的因素和出现的堵塞、结垢等问题进行分析并提出解决方法,提高了脱硫效率,使系统得到稳定运行。
In the article,the factors influencing desulfurization efficiencies and such problems as blockage and scaling in the operation process are analyzed as well as the solutions are proposed based on the desulfurization principles of lime- stone/gypsum method and combined with the practical applications for head of sintering machines in No. 4 Sintering Work- shop of Iron - making Plant of Baotou Steel, with which the desulfurization efficiency is improved and the operations of sys- tem are stable.
