依据《图书馆服务宣言》确立的价值观,分析"浅阅读时代"对公共图书馆业务工作的影响,提出建立公共图书馆学科馆员的思考,以服务应对信息时代的挑战。

Based on the established values in the Mardfesto of Library Service, this paper analyzes the impact of shallow reading era upon public library work, and proposes the possibility of setting up professional librarian system in public libraries to meet the challenges of the information era.
