摘要 BIT技术是实现电子系统、电子设备故障检测和故障隔离的重要手段,BIT技术在武器系统的应用大大地提高了武器系统的可靠性、可维修性。通过对武器系统中的BIT设计与应用进行分析,并以某舰炮武器系统自检测试设备为例,详细解析了BIT技术在舰炮武器系统应用的原理和工作流程,剖析了该系统中BITE设计应用中存在的不足,为系统的改进与设计提供参考与借鉴。 Built-in test(BIT) is an important testability design of electronic system.It's also an important way to test and insulate the failure in the electronic system,electronic equipment.The application of BIT in the weaponry system enhances the ability of maintenance and repair greatly.According to the research and analysis of the BITE used in some kind of ship borne gun weaponry system,the details of the principle of BIT and its running flow chart is proposed in this paper.The defect in the design of ship borne gun's BIT equipment is presented to improve and perfect the system's BITE.
