紫色甘薯试管苗稳定高效快繁技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 对紫色甘薯试管苗进行快繁试验,研究了消毒处理、植物激素6-BA、蔗糖浓度及扦插条件对试管苗进快繁体系的影响。结果表明,MS+6-BA(1.5 mg/L)+IAA(0.2 mg/L)+蔗糖(30 g/L)为最适宜的快繁培养基,试管苗移栽扦插后,获得紫色甘薯薯块,建立了一套完整的紫色甘薯快繁体系,开发了一种稳定、高效的紫色甘薯试管苗快繁技术。 Propagation of purple sweet potato in vitro plantlets was conducted. Effects of sterilization treatment, plant hormone 6-BA, sucrose concentrations and cutting conditions on propagation system were investigated. Results showed that MS + 6-BA (1.5 mg/L)+ IAA (0.2 mg/L)+ sucrose (30 g/L)were the optimal propagation medium. After cutting the transplanting plantlets, tubers were obtained and a complete set of purple sweet potato propagation system was established, a stable and efficient purple sweet potato in vitro plantlet propagation technique was developed.
