哈茨木霉TL-1促进植物生长及病害防治效果初报 被引量:13

摘要 哈茨木霉是一类重要的生防菌株,被广泛应用于生物防治中。通过盆栽试验,分析哈茨木霉菌株TL-1对番茄、辣椒的促生作用及对其主要病害番茄立枯病和辣椒疫病的生防效果。结果表明:TL-1对辣椒和番茄均有显著促生长作用,0.5 g/盆和3g/盆用量可分别提高植株干重46%和150%以上;此外,TL-1对辣椒疫病和番茄立枯病具有较好的防治效果,与农药处理相比,TL-1处理控制病害的持久性强,没有出现病害反复发生的现象。 Trichoderma harzianum is a widely used biocontrol fungus. The growth promoting effect on tomato and peper and biological control effects on tomato seedling damping-off and pepper blight of strain Trichoderma harzianum TL-1 were investigated through pot experiments. The results showed that the stain TL-1 was able to promote significantly both the hot pepper and tomato to grow in sterilized and natural soils. With the dosage of 3 g/pot and 0.5 g/pot, their dry matter increased up to 46% and 150% compared with that without the strain application respectively. In addition, TL-1 could control rhizoctonia blight of hot pepper and tomato effectively when it was used to treat sterilized and natural soils. Compared with fungicide, it controlled the disease longer.
