摘要
通过盆栽试验,测定了10%噻唑磷颗粒剂、5%丁硫克百威颗粒剂、5%灭线磷颗粒剂、1.8%阿维菌素乳油、0.5%阿维菌素颗粒剂和5亿活孢子/g淡紫拟青霉颗粒剂等6种杀线虫剂对香蕉相似穿孔线虫的防治效果。结果表明:香蕉植株在被相似穿孔线虫侵染前或侵染后,在香蕉根际土壤中施用以上6种杀线虫剂均能有效地防治该线虫的发生与危害,且在该线虫侵染香蕉植株前用药防治效果更好。其中,10%噻唑磷颗粒剂表现出最好的防治效果,各制剂用量处理防治效果均达100%,但在试验过程中香蕉植株表现出了轻度药害;而0.5%阿维菌素颗粒剂不仅表现出良好的防治效果,还可有效促进香蕉植株的生长。建议在田间可将10%噻唑磷颗粒剂低剂量和0.5%阿维菌素颗粒剂混合使用。
The control effects of six nematicides (10% thiazole phosphorus granules, 5% carbosulfan granules, 5% out line phosphorus granules, l.8% abamectin emulsifiable solution, 0.5% abamectin granules and 500 million live spore/g lilac quasi blue mould granules) against burrowing nematodes Radopholus similis on banana were tested by pot erperiments. The results indicated that all the nematicides showed certain efficacy against burrowing nematodes of banana in the pots, no matter used before or after the invasion. However, the efficacy of the nematicides used before the invasion was better than that of the later. Among the tested nematicides, nemacur (10%GR) showed very good control effectand, abamectin (0.5%GR) not only showed good control effect, but also effective to promote the growth of the banana plant. We suggest ed that people could use nemacur (10%GR) of low doses and abamectin (0.5% GR) to mixed to control Radopholus similis on banana in the field.
